3 Ingredient Chia Pudding

  • 2 tbsp whole chia seeds, can be white or black
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate syrup, I used Nesquick!
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, any plant milk will do (but soy has highest protein content)


  1. In a small jar, combine chia seeds, chocolate syrup and milk.

  2. Close lid on jar and shake well to mix. Be sure that there are no clumps of chia stuck to the bottom or sides of the jar.

  3. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight to allow chia seeds to expand.

  4. Stir well before eating to ensure that the chia seeds are well distributed throughout!
