Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mash bananas, then add sugars, butter, milk until well combined.
In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder .
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips here if desired.
Transfer to a 9” baking loaf lined with parchment and bake for 45-55 mins or until a knife test comes clean.
Cool for 15 mins then slice and store in an airtight container.
